Refrain On the 6th

Strands of hair under a microscope In different shapes and hues They twirl and swirl elegantly Exuding dainty graceful poise Culminating in stretched flexible splits. Under a microscope they dance for joy. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Visual # 1 ~ 4th June 2016 Contest: The Best of 6 Sponsor: Nette Onclaud

They were just showing off their DNA to you, Paul. Ha ha ha. Very interesting conceptual poem. I had to read it twice to glean the depths of it. A very good poem, my friend. Love always to you.

Glad you managed to elicit some sense out of a poem which was based on a picture which unfortunately I could not upload...it would have made more sense. Thank you for stopping by, Freddie. Regards // paul

It was frustrating, considering that I had posted the poem early enough. Thank you for the 'like'. Regards // paul

Cool and fun brevity, Paul. (are they hairs or bacteria?) ... there's a very colorful world right beneath our noses that we have no access too ... who knows what's (who's) looking at US beneath a microscope? I'll have to check what the contest was about ...

Hmmm I'm no expert, that's why I opted for hairs, especially if they're "right beneath our noses":) And, yes, I believe there are quite a few who inspect us and all that we do!! ~ As regards the contest, I tried dozens of times to enter this, but to no avail :( Regards // paul

Prior to writing this poem I had already read a couple of entries which had visuals 2and3 as their basis, so I was determined to go for visual 1 instead. Thank you for reading and liking, Connie. ~ Regards // paul
