Reality Or Dream

Dreams... disappearing like life Never truly here, never really there Appearing for barely a glimpse goodbye Forgotten, yet a memory too hard to bear Once was... to never again be What was seen that's so indescribable How did reality steal away what I see? How did dreams become a little less mental? Did I disappear along for the ride? Is my reality but dreams I do not belong? Hiding in shadows without the light Nowhere are both reality and dreams but gone Let me decide what I cannot decide I shall ask again to let me see what once was Yet granted not what I ask in my grievance plight I long in my everyday when yesterday was a pause Disappearing like life... are dreams Never really there, never truly here Do we really know what both means?
