Reality

In future times of time gone by humanity reached for the sky. In present times of history our ancestors could never see that future realms born of the past were just like past and couldn't last. With time so closely intertwined it's not surprising we have dined on stew of now and history while future stays a mystery. The moment now will always last it shares the future and the past, for it is now's reality this moment's all there's meant to be. The present moment’s never done this time is shared by everyone while future’s past can never be the moment of reality. Ivor G Davies

I like you Ivor... I studied science 25 and taught it for 30 years. The older I get, the more I realize that I don't know anything. Yes I think we are very much alike. We try to question and have some kind of answer for ourselves. This is not it! with all my soul I search and seek, My environ my eyes do trick... I bet we'll talk more...

cont: I have been reading a lot of your work since your comment and tend to feel that we are very alike in trying to understand the spiritual side of life. I was somewhat surprised by this response as 'scientific' people tend not to be able to accept my questioning. Thank you for your comments....

I am not a physicist and this poem was written with the intent of making people think about the common relationship of the actual moment to time itself. For you to see into it the 'uncertainty principle' and the and the scientific(?) investigations of the very nature of time in relation to waveforms, velocity, location etc makes me think you are a Physicist?
