It’s wonderful how they see through our smiles, How they stand for us without any pretenses. It’s gorgeous when they return smiles, For reasons beyond our senses. It’s creditable how they be on our side, How they fight for our rights. It’s fathomable when they leave our side, For the improvement of our insights. It’s admirable how they give us wings, How they show us their gratitude. It’s understandable when they tie those wings, For the development of our greatest fortitude. It’s stupendous how they bright up our faces, How they smile when they see us shirk. It’s marvelous when they bright up our faces, For slimming down life’s murky murk.
