Rape
The voices sounds familiar, the pain,
the tears, the loss and gain thru the years.
The success is near my tears are real the
voices silence as my worse fear is revealed.....
This voice repeats itself everyday i live, rape.
....rape...rape was your fault stop shedding
your tears.... come join me my child for I
have seen the light the darkness has shed
its darkest Knight.
the tears mask the pain deep in my soul
I close my eyes as he rapes my soul my
innocence is gone my dignity has left
I have nothing left he made me feel like
I was nothing less.
then a mirror image of what I could have
been but truly I am abandon at the end.
The medicine stops the voices of the pain
forever the drinking helps, it helps me realize
that I am sane.
My innocence was taken the ones I love spoke
some words that he shouldn't of...
his voice someone I hear every day telling me
was my fault that I got raped.
I dropped to my knees my soul left me
for the one I love has betrayed me.
I begged him please I'm begging
please as I fell to my knees he put
his hands upon my neck and choke
until there was nothing left.
Instead of running away I stayed as I
stayed my soul stayed away for I
was afraid I've been raped.
And now I can't live another day
without hearing his voice saying
I deserved to be raped.
