Rainless Morning Sky
As a whisper that vanished in the wind,
as a shimmering candle light, exhausted.
raced against time eager to take the first breath of life,
won over, racing to the top; stubborn with life.
literally 4 feet high.
kissed dirt, as the hunger pang
was never worth a deer.
lost that was loved and
loved that who hated.
grieving over the memories lost,
emotions have been explored,
every surfaced weakness has been persecuted.
banished for being a coloured face,
yet a dead heart still beating inside.
Like sadness scorching the sun
and a rainless morning sky.
like a saint having a possession over nothing,
should I cross over as a passing cloud,
with a silenced tone, voice not heard.
Never deserving to exist.
