Rain Drops
Rain drops
Falling as she cries
There's almost no use
Biting like a recluse
So quick to misuse
The workings of my inner mind
Looking, as if there is something to find
All we have is time
She ran away like a heretic
Windows open as god looks in
Cant go back to relapse
Trapped in my own prison
Trying to find a way out
Struggle is the fight
The goal is to never look back
I want to live
Instead of wasting away
As the clouds turn grey
Here I lay
Just me and my prayers
Jesus is the relater
Perfection takes time
Until then i'm not left blind
Its one day at a time
One foot in front of the other
Were all brothers and sisters
We all want to paint that perfect picture
The most potent mixture
Seeking texture
Manifesting over light
No matter how bright
