Rain

There's nothing to gain From perpetual rain Cos from one day to the next It's never the same. Sometimes it blatters The next day it splatters And gets to the point where nothing else matters It dribbles from a slate grey sky It gushes from clouds so black and so high It ruins a perfectly good washing day And makes mum say words I'm forbidden to say It rains in Spain It gets wet in Tibet Its a right royal pain And I'm willing to bet That if there was a place called Chrising Town It wouldn't not very nice at all The farmers they like it It helps with the crops But from acid to purple I just prey that it stops. Because water to me Should be next to the sand Not turning to mud What was once nice dry land Not making dad swear When his car gets stuck Or getting mums death stare When I walk in fresh muck Now everythings damp And everythings soggy You can't see a thing Cos it's ever so foggy. And even if the sun does come out It doesn't look well Like it shouldn't be out On a day like this For even the moon That once was so shiny Like a big silver spoon Is now pale and quite tiny And wishing like me It was summer again. Cos the rain seems to be Not much of a friend. The End

Hello Dimpra Kaleem, Sometimes rain falls when we rather have a dry day. So we can do things outside. Rain is needed though for the dry fields that are dry from the sun. Have a nice day my friend.
