Rage

the fog fills my head thick and bright red i have to get out or i'll go mad i have to get out or it'll be bad i punch walls scream and yell but still i'm trapped in this hell i wait for it to fade but it just won't go away i can't get out of this rage i just want to turn the page but this fog won't let me i can't breathe i can't see tears well up n my eyes but it does no good to cry finally it's gone away hidden for another day
