Radio

Three hundred miles Only a few hours Faded green signs; The sleep in my eyes Crackling stations Between mountains They comfort me Like a good book Or the pull of a memory Little glimpses of peace White noise moments They're gifts from time

Reminds me of trips to my grandma's cabin. Late at night, trying to find any station that'll actually play clearly. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

"White noise moments" - Love this!! You are so good at picking out the bits and pieces of life that are often overlooked and turning them into something golden.

I can relate from my days on the road. Now we have iPod interfaces so there are no musical interruptions. I like the mood of this piece.
