As a girl, I spent time in my Grandma's attic,
it smelled like old wood and was quite aromatic.
I loved this space to the point of a fanatic,
loving to rummage in things aristocratic.
Old trunks and pictures of ancestors dramatic!
"Are you okay?" I answered, "YES!" quite emphatic.
A knock at the door (oh, do be diplomatic!)
I answered in my sweetest voice, charismatic.
See, I was a little girl melodramatic,
my young life so sad and so very traumatic.
In silence, I wrote some stories quite climatic,
I was healing- but my thoughts were still erratic.
