Quiet Perseverance

Quiet perseverance, Doesn’t need redundant words. Nor an audience to see it, Or an echo to be heard. Only quiet perseverance, Speaks the loudest in the night, When the darkness overwhelms you, And your fears devour the light. But with quiet perseverance, And a mustard seed of faith, Grows a towering sequoia, Common sense cannot explain. So in quiet perseverance, Fear ye not the endless drought, For the rain will come for certain, And your seed will surely sprout. For it’s quiet perseverance, That will lead you to your soul, In the splendour of the universe, Beyond a man’s control. So let quiet perseverance, Be the wind that fills your sails, Towards the limitless horizon, Where your triumphs will prevail. Now if quiet perseverance, Seems too difficult to find, Just remember the creator, That imagined your design. Know that quiet perseverance, Trembling softly in your heart, Is proof beyond the slightest doubt, Your life was set apart.
