Put Yourself In My Shoes
If the shoes were on the other foot
tell me how would you react.
Working behind the scene was a
Major stab within my back.
To sit down and communicate
would been more honorable for you to do.
Instead you went behind my back
this was not kind of you.
Yet we call ourselves sisters and friends
when we are face to face.
But I’m seeing another story
when I find items left out of place.
I’m trying so hard to let it go
and move on with my life.
But every time I hear your voice it brings
this issue back a live.
I’m really trying hard to lay this issue
at my Savior’s feet.
But I’m finding in this area
my soul is very weak.
I know deep down within my heart
I must find forgiveness.
If it continues to ride
it certainly will be a killer.
