An amazing poem, Matthew - what a vivid picturization of adolscence calling it purple flowers. The poem is a mirror of your talent. Thanks for your admiration of my Tanka The Candle. I mean shaded by my passion against the winds of adversities. I'll surely edit the poem for greater clarity within the limitation of syllables allowable. -Mohammad
