Purple Clouds of Joy

Heaven is getting prepped to receive another King.
Not just anyone, but one who actually sings.
The Angels are excited, and we all know why.
They too, have never heard when the doves cry.
There’s hustle and some bustle now taking place.
Every member of Heaven has a smile on their face.
God has given the order to open the Pearly Gates.
And, expect the arrival of one of His greats.
They’re all getting ready by fine-tuning the harps.
Preparing for the arrival of a known superstar.
Heaven is getting ready to welcome him home.
Parking his red corvette right next to the throne.
