Puppet

You control my life like a puppet; commit arson on my fragile nerves, shatter the lanterns of my soul, rob the dreams of my mind. You swim through my bluish veins; play with the waves of my blood, pluck the flowers of my soul, hunt in the forests of my dreams. You dance inside my throbbing heart; rivers gurgle out of my fingers, sun drops ooze out of my eyes, fragrant trees run barefoot towards me. You caress the shadows of my soul; clouds glitter in my radiant light, flowers blossom in my barren life, my poems become fields of poppy and mimosa. You unleash your magical weapons on me; create violent earthquakes in my life, lock me in the prison of your eyes, and take the keys away with you.
