Psychic Loss

Forget these distances and unspent instances Its my minds intuition The future in the past fruition The future foreseen Days before it came to mean Good bye, days later I knew I would cry The end’s in sight Should I let it go without a fight Should I battle with all my might Or just put up a mediocre fight For appearances, let her break down the fences And crush my heart Let the start of something great Crumble under the weight Of my lies and tries to be better Can’t my life get any better The light at the end of my dark path Let my world feel all her wrath I can’t do this anymore She can’t love me anymore No more wings to let me soar No more wonderful dreams anymore The “I have to talk to you” line Came at 5:32 Before she speaks I’ll write all the lines That seek to tell I knew What she was about to do If I am right Time to get my wings out for one more flight One more trek No more wiping the hairs, tears and specs Off my baby’s face No more wishing that I would be the face To make her heart race Shall I give up without a chase Is it me to take it all in the face A punch in the gut My mind has connected the dots Wrapped up in some useless random thoughts She's leaving me?
