The best things in life are saved for last, It’s taken much heartbreak in my past, For me to realize this, Being with you is pure bliss, I can hear a heartbeat coming from your chest, I know you wont do me wrong, You’re handsome and wise, The most difficult combination to find, You have a way with telling people what they need to hear, And they actually listen to what you have to say, You don’t believe me when I tell you that you’re amazing, But I tell you anyway, I know you believe that things do happen for a reason, It’s proven to be true, For every event and every heartbreak has leaded me to you.
