Protected By An Angel

There is a light that shines, in the darkest of places. There is a fire that burns, through the long rainy nights. I have lived through the darkest of shadows. I have seen the most tragic of sights! There was a time that it chewed me, And nearly swallowed me whole! I have been close to the hells, that will swallow your soul! I say I've sunk deeper, then the bottom of bottom. Then an angel found me. I was lucky I caught him! He then pulled me out, from the dark pits of hell. He was my beautiful angel... I was under his heavenly spell. Still to this day, my angel fights alongside me. Without him in my life I don't know where I'd be. He is forever my love, and forever I'm his! My angel sent from above, changing my life to pure bliss. I admire you, for fighting with me! Your strength makes me strong And your belief helps me see Maybe one day, you'll truly know what you've done. Your beautiful soul, Helped me shine like the sun!
