Prostate Blues

In the darkened hours plagued by an urgency, do rise for the occasion for it is time to pee. Stumble back to slumber a chance to get some rest, when nature remits the signal again, as if in jest. This ritual repeats, now nightly, for some not breaking news, to those who are familiar you know the prostate blues.

I would soup mail you but you dont have it enabled, hubbies cancer is back, thank goodness it has been caught early but you can appreciate its not the best news, wish all men had a routine PSA check even more important if there is prostate cancer in the family. thanks for all your supportive comments they mean a great deal:-) hugs Jan xx

Dear Jan, I am sorry to hear that cancer has returned to your husband. I am well aware of how difficult this is to deal with in so many ways. I am not religious, (agnostic) but I will send well wishes to you both, via positive thoughts. As always thank you for your support!!

You write the blues real well here! It's a familiar song, but at least we see a little more of the night than we used to, good for some stories at least.

My hubby had prostate cancer so i can relate big time, he is currently in the Uk having a specialist cancer scan but the cancer beast will never bring us down. hugs Jan xx
