i found you here again 
just like before you'd emptied 
my mind of unseen meaningless 
gestures while i catered to 

a beckoning wrath beneath sullen 
posture a calm rapture 
an infamous grandeur nestled so 
between silent measures 

oh how i asked for redemption 
capturing my smile daintily 
with a hint of flushed redness 
a mere appetite of balance of music 

and song crafted beyond 
our local lyrical must see I suppose 
an yet we sang a quiet duet in spite 
our departure on separate sides 

of the universe drifting 
onward into uncharted territories 
i gathered petals  scents treasured
throughout the wild gravity of earths

fine masterpieces broken misty 
valued an yet whole
