Prayerful Moment of Thought
Today in prayer
I said to myself filled with deep joy and peace
God am I being guilty of wanting to become a saint
The love held inside the heart humbles every sin kneeling
forgiveness holds a certain grain of kindness inwardly hugging
it has a gentleness understanding good will towards others
accepting that none of us are perfect we all have our daily faults
To condemn what you do not know as the rational truth
seeking council regular examining our inner being
nothing ever looks the same looking back at reflections
the firm purpose of amendment highlights this change in character
