Prayer for Harvest

Chariots formed
from stars on high
flown 'cross the sky
by emperors
in gold raiment's
the regal four
drew worshipers
for rice to rise

Son of God ride
shine on the land
at his command
raise the wheat high
feed earth for man
we pray reply
do not deny
the food for man.

its Chinese mythology Joseph, they named a constellation after an emperor riding a horse drawn chariot - I'd have to look it up again but off the top of my head, they believed the emperor was the voice of God on earth - much as at one time King's felt this way

The poem has tints of religious and philosophical expressions. I think nette needs only two stanzas. Please make sure, Debbie. Light and Love
