Prayer
Approaching your vast nothingness
Even as I worry about half accomplished obligations
My wishes I plan to let you know
Are many
I wish to become the eight colour of a rainbow
If you allow me
I wish to have marks of my love's kisses on my face
When I face your storm
I wish to live a moment as the soul of an autumn leaf
Clinging to a bough
I wish to be the echo of a waterfall
Playing with a butterfly around a pine tree
I wish to catch a cicad's falling cry
On a moonlit night
I wish to be a frog with a cuckoo's voice
And sing with mud of my grandpa's rice fields
I wish to go back to mother's womb
And start all over again
If you have these
In that vast nothingness of yours
