POETRY SOUPS SKYWATCHER

Lisa, Lisa, where are you dear poetess Lisa, Wish we could meet and chat over a pizza, Our star gazer, dreamy ‘skywatcher’ delight, To where have you flown in enchanting flight, I feel it in my bones that you will return soon, On the crest of a wave or with the new moon.

A delightful write for your poet friend Lisa, sometimes silence says more than spoken words can, silence is golden and understanding friends are too… Beryl

What a thoughtful comment on a fellow poetess who has been missing since sometime. I remember her well. Initially she used to comment on my poems and I too reciprocated her kindness with my comments. In our busy existence, occasionally we need a break. I am sure she will return pretty soon. Lovely couplets, dear Jenny. Stay blessed. Love and hugs!

Is this Lisa Ricci? Many poets come and go, some get busy or fed up of the soup.. In regards to your comment on my poem, I am not offended by anything nor have you upset me.. Not sure which comment you were referring too.. All the best my friend..

- I don't remember any Lisa ... but, when I look back at "old" poems ... so many who are not here now ... and whom I have forgotten ... several have died and are deeply missed ... lovely written for someone you miss, dear Jenny :) - Have a nice Sunday :) - hugs

So many times a person comes on here and is extremely active for a while and they disappear. I often wonder what has happened to them. Thanks for sharing this one with us and for dropping by my page. Sara K

Jennifer, This poem expresses considerable desire and expectation for the homecoming of the poetess Lisa (who I do not know). Lisa's lyrical temperament, and the hope that she will return soon. Your sentences have a kind and inviting tone, and have a hint of humor in terms like "skywatcher delight."
