Pleasure

Red Holly berries do adorn Waxy, green Holly Bush On this still, cloudy, quiet day Pleasure for winter's hush The pale pink running rose's leaves now Sparse and yellow, most limbs Abundant with thorns shown in winter White winter filled with hymns Unfinished

This is quite the incredible start to an awesome poem! I can already visualize exactly what you described here within this elaborate write! Especially the rose bush, that's exactly the way it seems in the winter! What a spectacular piece, Great Work!!

Absolutely love evergreens...I miss my holly trees from the old house place. A beautiful dash of red and green in the middle of winter always reminds me Spring will return.
