Playground In the Sky

Life blood thickens Barely pulsating through my veins Memories of my life briefly pass through my mind Breathing ceases Yet I am alive I am blanketed in white feathers that have fallen from the sky I hear violins softly playing And delicate doves whispering to my soul Beckoning I find myself being lifted Upwards Toward a light above the clouds I hear the childlike laughter of angels As I enter God’s playground in the sky
