Pigeons In the City
Lots of pigeons,
dwell within my city,
on old buildings they like to roost.
I love that! As there is something nice,
about hearing a cooing from above, the
flapping for many wings swirling.
All painted differently,
in hues iridescent.
Oh, how can people call them city pests?
I think they are beautiful,
with an alluring quality, and for me
they add depth and charm to the city.
