Pierre

This was inspired by "March of the Penguins" & also something I saw in another nature video suggesting that things are not always the norm even in nature. Pierre, the sad ***** penguin, tries to understand why the one he chooses for his mate won’t take his hand. He sees his tribe all caring for their eggs, as God had planned and wishes he were part of it. He finds it all so grand. Pierre is led by instinct too but there alone must stand - untouched - and ever pondering in frigid polar land. By Andrea Dietrich/ For The "Impress me with a small poem II !" A joy to read as always , Of course using the Q word is so not politically correct in England which is damned stupid , However , We do have a range of chocolate biscuits , or cookies as you call them , As delicious as your poem.
