Pet May Be Claimed By Owner

Pet May Be Claimed by Owner By Elton Camp I found your pet in my backyard Catching it proved to be very hard How you’ve cared for it is a shame For it isn’t even a little bit tame Why, I even have to hold it tight Because it persists in trying to bite No name tag or collar does it wear Such information you ought to share I haven’t been able to get it to eat Even when I offered a doggy treat So come and claim it right away It would be best if done today It’s a rattlesnake five feet long So to someone it must belong If there’s a reward, let me know If not, I’ll still be glad to see it go
