She put young Ella on her knee. The ukulele you’ll agree Was way too big for girl of three Whose eyes lit up with utmost glee As she hugged close this jumping flea*. *Hawaiian for ukulele translates as 'jumping flea' ------------------------------------------------------- 22nd March 2016 Picture 2 Contest: Personal Memories ~ Monorhyme Sponsor: Laura Loo Placed 1st

How sweet this is, both picture and poem.... Christina is always trying to play her papa's piano... It will soon become a personal memory indeed, because she's growing fast. All kids do indeed.

Hopefully she will learn to play the piano, or perhaps some other instrument...something I would have liked to do. I can also imagine her dancing...ballet maybe:) Thank you for the 'like'. ~ paul

Awww ... I love the "jumping flea", as my friend used to own one. And even if you didn't know how to play you could also make it sound decent regardless. Really cute, Paul, and a special moment in time.

I always wished I could play an instrument!! My father could play an assortment of stringed instruments, apart from the piano and organ, but he never found the time to teach any of us! Glad you enjoyed:) ~ Regards // paul
