Passion Fruit Cake
Passion fruit cake.
Early morning I start with my team,
I bake a cake for my friends wedding,
It's a tour de force bake off final,
Both are excited and happy about it
A three tier one with mandolin,
And dowels to support the cake tier,
My ernest effort is a wish for their happy married life,
This yellow cake layeres are embraced by rum syrup,
Vanilla beans and butter cream roll into it,
Sweet aroma envelopes the surrounding,
But the fragrance of friendly love overpowers everything,
Each tier top adorns sprinkled passion fruit curd,,
Hibiscus cream flowers and tamarillo crown cake,
Oops,the red rose is amazing on top,
The spongy layers hidden under cream,
It's given a lemony twist for softness,
The couple and guest will sure relish.
