Passion
Black and blue our flowers will bloom
With seas and skies of certain doom
You dare to dream of death it seems
Separate yourself from selfish dreams
Where you peep through certain holes
And see all those floating souls
Don't tell me you see, your sight has been blurred
Don't misquote me because of something you thought you heard
My thoughts are silent
My sight is blinded
Maybe your dreams weren't big enough to give your nightmares goosebumps
Or maybe I was right for thinking love was an optical illusion confusing the blood pump
The heart beats for blood not love
Just as the the rain comes down from the skies above
Don't fool yourself thinking it's a chemical reaction
It's passion.
