Part of Me
When the sweetest lullaby;
my mother’s heartbeat
and her tender rocking
makes me go to sleep,
I dream of a meadow,
one flower is me,
waiting for the light above,
for its love to shine on me.
And then I see flakes,
glowing specs of light,
gently falling on us all
filling us with life.
Emotions erupt,
God’s love touches me,
I know that I come from light
and the light is part of me.
