Parents

Guardians or Demons Loved or Hated Us mums and dads And how were rated. Too strict, too soft Do we win either way Don't come home late Can i go out to play? The answers we give And the replies we get Either makes us smile Or very upset. Family discussion, Parental Chat Don't do this, don't do that This Parental task, us parents take on Helps us make our families strong.

Just being there, is everything. We are all parents for the first time and as long as we do our best, it will eventually show up in our children. Awesome write. Love, Shar

In your children's eyes, you are probably both guardians and demons, depending on the most recent thumbs up or thumbs down on what they want to do. I can tell you're a great parent, James, filled with love for your boys. Very rich write with a wise observation! Love, Carolyn

Totally understand this poem James, I have a 22 month old daughter, who is now really pushing to see how much she can get away with, she does understand when she is wrong, but smiles at me and I weaken in a moment, and then she just does it all over again, they are very very very clever!!! You feel as if you are always saying 'No' but only you feel for their greater good, sadly they do not see it that way, they see it as FUN FUN FUN... Thanks for your comment on my poem, love, Jo x
