Paradises Lost

. for public domain A child's favorite balloon taken rudely by the wind, up and far over the hills, never to be seen again. Or brightly colored kites, tethered to our tiny hands, strings torn unforgivingly, soar then to forgotten lands. Nature's lessons, hard and cruel, chasten children in its school, teach their grasp on happiness is fleeting. Such is Life's long rule.

Hello William Covne, the child feels sad that the balloon is lost. Yes nature does have hard rules. Enjoy your day my friend.
