Parable 17

A boss with workers agreed a fair wage. Some more he signed on at a later stage Then he found yet more at noon and at four. At close of the day they came to be paid. The last to be hired were paid what was due. The first complained being paid the same too “Through the heat of the day we've been slaving away.” “But I paid you the wage as agreed; thank you!” Matthew 20.1-16
