Pain

The taunts and catcalls slung at her went seemingly unheard her heart was breaking deep inside with every nasty word Her face showed nothing she was sure her posture unaffected her pain she kept deep down inside and would not be detected she strode along without a care or so it would appear but every step was gained by strength from agony and fear she knew that this would go away in some time down the road but in the meantime she must bear this cruel and heavy load when pain is gone and she is free her trials in the past she murmurs to herself one time "Thank God, I*m free at last!"
