Outside

As I was on my way through town The cats were out to steal the crown I could not find the highest priest They told me he was at a feast My skin was burning in the sun She told me, that I had to come The sound I see and colors I hear They told me that I had been here All the birds were sitting on top All I did was shout "Shut up!" I saw the king was sitting on his throne Yet, the date I had, was to postpone And as my flowers faded in the grass The wall tore down its scary mask Showed me I'd have to die one day And that my body will decay The mice then jumped and said, "come on" I did not know what they were on And suddently the sky turned blue And all the noise was going through My head in pain right were I stood 'Cause cops were in my neighborhood THey took all the writing I had done My skin was burning in the sun The beast was gazing for some water Made me forget if I could love her My son ran through the fire ring As tigers did some stupid thing I could not go behind my mind And did not see what I could find Green grass could never be the same The priest lost all his funny fame And no one wase around my life With cities burning hot as ice I can go and I can stay But I won't know what ever may Be sitting right behind my chair A breath of time went through my hair The sound I see and colors I hear They told me that I had been here
