Out of Body Experience

My seeking spirit unfleshes it’s body and spreads it’s wings of fire, for your bright blue soul lies with me on our wave carved island rock. Anticipation of the jagged fingered storm floods the moment of our joining beneath the blood-torn sky. Electric needles shiver touch my arching skin… sculpted by breath-soft caresses of loving hands. The hardness of abrasive rock beneath my back… racked... with the pounding rhythm of overwhelming ecstasy… the waves pouring and breaking over our flash-tongued, writhing bodies… embracing… suffusing our torrented flesh with white plumed, foaming breakers… mixing with the fragrant sap of our loving. The seas boiling, the skies toiling spilling forth their storm, in whose eye the cold chill of physical absence transforms… distilled into embodied heat and incandescent, searing passion Then thunder roars like a thousand lions as lightning splits my thighs and fated bed of unyielding stone. A white surge of energy …so pure…so bright… flows through, between, inside and beyond….. With love, fused as one… immuted our souls become.

Thank you Lacy for all your comments I am overwhelmed, thank you so much. No offense taken on the "cry to God"... it made me smile. I wrote it this way because I wanted to ring something almost audible into the poem. Perhaps it is a little too explicit.
