Our Heart Tore In Two

OUR HEART TORE IN TWO Together we hold a red paper heart, Our hands so close in warm proximity. We grin from ear to crimson blush, Sweetheart. Our palms touch ~ steam with equanimity, We are meant to be ~ you’re my counterpart. Yes ~ bestowed with God’s magnanimity. Our heart tore in two ~ one for me and you. Our warmth spreads ~ we cuddle - she’s pink...he’s blue.

Reminds me of those necklaces and rings that come in twos. Each one containing half a heart. You give the other half to that special someone. Nice write, Mrs Kim.
