Our Flag
OUR FLAG
Seven stripes of crimson red
Stand for all the blood that's been shed
Six stripes of shining white
Denote the purity that leads the fight
Fifty stars on a field of blue
Represent each state both old and new
This flag is flown in a solemn manner
We fondly call it the Star Spangled Banner
Stars and stripes tell the story
Of our flag, known as Old Glory
Wherever we go to defend our nation
The Red, White, and Blue cause quite a sensation
The most noted flag the world has known
The greatest flag ever flown
Fills our heart with patriotic pride
As other thoughts are set aside
So when you see our flag unfurled
The greatest flag in all the world
Stand tall and proud for all to see
It's the flag of freedom for you and me
