Our Breaking Bridge

The bridge between you and me Is cracking and breaking; I think I am going under, Are you also falling and mourning? As we go towards each other, The bridge starts unwinding, No apologies whatsoever; Everybody's fault, The abyss waits beneath... As we start running forward, I extend my hand, You didn't reach; You went back, Might it hold on? As I reach out, The bridge breaks behind me; We can't look back, Each second valuable, So, might I reach the other side? Abyss or Redemption? As I feel myself light and weightless, I know I fall; Will you save me Or fall with me?
