Written: April 18, 2024 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ within a shore embrace concealing glimmers  of inspiration two souls entwined love blaze rekindled a lost romance reborn amidst palms a rolling soul through life rolling waves behold melody from pacific to a beckoning of mystery Is anything real here? I am ready I don't hold back greeting you I inhale a whiff of seawater ariose dance whispering secrets ethereal... a place adorned with palm trees amidst lavender hues an idyllic charm so dulcet and quaint a tapestry woven mysterious elixir glimmering and rare united at last! similar to vibrant tropical skirts shadows dance libidinously on a sandy shore where island dwellers crafted enchanting symbols dripping with sweet dreams of caramel dusk capturing elegance designing canvas of sand shadowy hues her hand embraced by her lover gentle waves caress her toes but mirror whispering fronds reaching high graceful dancers against sky gracious planktons a waltz of passion I loved graceful palms chilled margarita gazing upon gorgeous senoritas, so pure adorning an auric beach where sun rays kissed her skin beholding beauties sweet as peach and soulmates nested passion within a shell embrace.

Dear Lassad: Like waves washing onto the sands your wonderful metaphors of paradise floated me back to my days in Honolulu. Such a fabulous work of art. SuZ

I liked the title and your orchestra of words. The shell metaphor was subtle and perfect given your topic. I also liked the physical structure of your poem...the cadence reminded me of an orchestra with a rising crescendo with a wonderful finale. Some of your words were subtle in their passion and sensuality (libidinously). Your signature imagery was engaging and a pleasure to read. Your poem is truly a masterpiece. enjoy your day, your poetess friend in Texas, Sara
