Orphan On the Inside

A moment of silence, a breath. The biggest relief, possibly air. It's swelling my denatured alleys, It hardens my lively grains, Like helium freezing the time For a weak and abandoned child, Who regrets and tried to get out of a cage, That was built by roots Which are way higher, breathing.
