Organdy Fog

The golden sun at first hidden By fog's silver organdy. As clouds rise slowly in the east A warm spring do foresee The fog's silver shawl floats lightly Coating hill, dale, and green Its coat a damp cool wrap chilling Even the birds that sing A Dove's chilly coo, a Sparrow's Damp reply, warms the morn While the sun rises much higher Its yellow sky adorns

I thought this poem was one of your best ones, but I am partial towards the fog,...I just love the fog! And you write about it so exquisitely! Oh, by the way, the second line of this poem, "By fog's silver organdy" has 7 syllables instead of the 6 that is desired...maybe you could change it to, "By fog's grey organdy" just an idea Sara! You have presented a completely wondrous write! What an outstanding piece my friend! Great Work!!
