Orchestra Astray
Entertainment all around us within the beauty of the trees,
in the rivers, in the ponds, in the lakes and in the seas
I stop to enjoy the birds, the beauty of their song
wishing in my mind I had the voice to sing along
The winds gentle howl acts as the brass of the big band in my mind,
I sit taking in the sun-rays as the clouds creep in behind
The thunder starts to rumble from the many violins
as I hear the shattering of lighting as the symbols clatter in
As the concert comes to an end and the breeze only remains
the leaves begin to rustle the applause within my brain.
