Open Window
If I could, I would close the door to my reality
and open a window to my dreams.
As a whisper in the wind my secrets fly freely.
Butterflies and flowers give me inspiration.
Trees are my strength, animals are my friends.
Mountain tops see for miles on end.
Oceans capture the tears cried trying.
Guidance, faith, hope and love
opens the box to my heart.
Words are printed on a page
And stories are forever made.
When you live in a different land
Anything is possible with a pen in hand.
Never let your dreams go
For you always have a window.
