Only Those Who Lived and Can Die

Only those who lived and can die Only those who fought real wars Know the value of real peace Only those who loved knows tears I have no expectations again That just because there's little rain The land will fruit enough for joy I measure my days now with a spoon That makes me treasure star and moon And the smile that lingers like a rose And hour before it fades. Let me close Believing my end is better for I Did not disappoint my maker in the sky. Only those who trust shall escape That the fire that cleanses this landscape.
