Oneness

Oneness Authored by Chuck Keys It had no color, Lacking shape, size and dimension. It wasn't moving or breathing. There was neither aroma nor taste, not here or there. Touching was useless because it wasn't physical. It was indistinct and limitless. Thinking multi-physically Multi-sensually and multi-psychologically It wasn't here or there and it was. With no distinction, It looked like everything else, Or it could not have looked like everything else. It never made me feel good nor bad, Nor happy nor sad Nor quite nor trite. In our world of joy and destroy, we sort and distort, Looking more on the surface and less on the inside, Ready to judge and be judged from outside in. The "oneness" of mankind stretches beyond definitions and limits, From outside to inside and from inside to outside. We are one distinct and alike world of "oneness." Differences exist for differences, Therefore, differences don't exist. Only "oneness" exists. DEDICATION: This poem is dedicated to Dr. Clayborne Carson and The Gandhi-King Community, For Global Peace with Social Justice in a Sustainable Environment. www.gandhiking.ning.com

Dear Chuck, "Oneness" captured my attention from the start. Made me think, this is brilliant and wonderful homage to those like ones you've mentioned, plus John Lennon, "Imagine" Peace and blessings to you.

Smile ~ I truly love this wonderful write for, it seems to hold a strong message of hopes acceptance--for yes, in a world of billions, there are going to be endless differences amid a myriad of things among the crowds of life and yet, let love be the lotion which, within the end of all things, becomes Our cloaks of light--"Beautiful Write"--Warmth to You & Yours, John!:) ~

This is an excellent poem. It touches on the core of what life should be all about. I like the transparency of oneness in the beginning. What affects one of us in many ways affects all of us. Great job! Joseph

Wonderful write on the contrasting views of the various philosophical disciplines that have had us scratching our heads since time began. As a student of the social disciplines, I loved reading it! Dan C

every 4 sides on your movement straight ahead, forever feel it, why not be it. loss of emotions, yes Chuck the movement of the spear is better to be viewed from the outside. A friend told me once you place who or what you want in the center. & judge, judge, every thing falls into place. with the only power we chose not to see. is what makes the globe go round & round, while we all remain to be what we will always be week to the"oneness".Sorry i just came to state my opinion., good night,..p.d.
